PDF Wizard provides a web-based platform for document processing, including but not limited to merging, compressing, splitting, and converting PDF files.

  • Fair Use: Our tools are free for personal and professional use. However, automated use (bots, scraping, or API-like behavior) without written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the service only for purposes permitted by law and in accordance with your local regulations.

2. File Ownership and Privacy

You retain 100% ownership of your files. PDF Wizard does not claim any rights to your content. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process that file solely to provide the service you requested. As outlined in our Privacy Policy, all files are automatically deleted within 60 minutes.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fast and secure experience for all users, you agree not to:

  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or encrypted files intended to bypass security.
  • Use the service to process illegal content or material that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Website or interfere with server performance.

4. Service Availability & “As-Is” Disclaimer

PDF Wizard is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for “magical” performance, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, 100% accurate, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue tools at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All site design, text, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive property of PDF Wizard. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branding or source code without express permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Wizard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of your use of our tools. Use of the service is at your own risk.

We may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) to keep our tools free. These providers may show ads based on cookies or prior visits.
